General Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or full refund for approved claims, including shipping costs.

Exchange Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the item back in secure packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns.
